On behalf of LCP, Robertson Brown have recently let 46 Church Street, Nuneaton to a private individual who is looking to extend their existing business within the town centre.
The new tenant had previously taken the adjacent unit, namely 44-45 Church Street earlier this year and due to substantial growth within a period, the retailer has decided to open a takeaway alongside their catering facilities. The new letting was agreed on a new 5 year term at a rent of £10,000 per annum.
Dominic Brown says “Over the last 12 months we have seen a steady increase in lettings in this particular part of the town. This is very good news and will hopefully rejuvenate this particular area in the town centre.”
