St Giles Hospice take new premises in Walsall

On behalf of Oxlo Properties, Robertson Brown have recently let 3/4 Butlers Precinct, Walsall to St Giles Hospice.

St Giles Hospice have taken a new 10 year lease at an agreed rent of £14,000 per annum. Dominic Brown says “Since the opening of Primark in Walsall Town Centre, their presence has had a huge impact on the town with an upsurge in lettings.”
