The team has secured the sole retail agency work at The Waterside Centre on Birmingham Business Park, with the exclusive remit of introducing and maintaining a new retail and leisure offering to enhance the Business Park’s amenities offer. Recent deals totalling over 5,000 sq ft have successfully completed to WH Smith and The New Waterside, a contemporary bar/restaurant operator. Other examples of instructions within this sector include; Trident Retail Park, Birmingham, Black Country House, Oldbury, Tameside Park, Perry Barr and TriGate, Hagley Road West, Birmingham.
