Another Letting Agreed in Bearwood

Alongside our joint agents, Robertson Brown have agreed a new letting to Morgan & Wise Solicitors.

The firm of lawyers agreed a new letting based on a 5 year lease within an agreement of £15,000 per annum.

Dominic Brown of Robertson Brown says, “This new letting at Bearwood has proved our client’s commitment to refurbishing the vacant units is justified, with a number of lettings that have been agreed in recent months”.

“There is now only a handful of units available which we believe, will be let relatively soon”.
