Another letting to Cakebox
Robertson Brown, alongside GVA have recently let 1146 Acocks Green to Cakebox. Cakebox have taken the subject premises on a new 15 year lease with no breaks at a rent of £20,000 per annum. Dominic Brown says “Cakebox are very acquisitive in the current market, which has been shown by Cakebox taking the subject premises on a new 15 year lease, which is somewhat of a rarity in this current market.”
