Robertson Brown acquire new premises for Delightful Desserts

Acting on behalf of Delightful Desserts, Robertson Brown have recently acquired 3 High Street, Sedgley for the popular ice-cream and desert parlour.

Dominic Brown, Director says “Robertson Brown are delighted to have advised and concluded negotiations on behalf of Delightful Desserts. As a firm, we are looking forward to assisting this up and coming retailer in their acquisition programme and hope to acquire another 5 stores by the end of the year.”

Delightful Desserts agreed to take a new 5 year lease at a rent of £15,000 per annum.
