Our team has years of specialist experience in dealing with a variety of Shopping Centre instructions and have historically been individually involved in some key regional centres such as; The Bullring, Birmingham, The Kingfisher Shopping Centre, Redditch, Royal Priors Shopping Centre, Leamington Spa, The Saddlers Shopping Centre, Walsall, The Rushes, Loughborough, The Four Seasons Shopping Centre, Mansfield, and many more. The team has vast and often direct relationships to retailers, from local and regionally based operators up to national high street names and global brands. Recent dealings with national retailers include such names as WH Smith, Orange, Holland and Barrett, Burger King, The Money Shop, Sainsbury’s, Caffé Nero, Subway and Barnardos, and similarly with regional retailers such as Anna, Sparkle and The Bag Store. As well as working closely with many local retailers, Robertson Brown has recently secured the Fonehouse acquisition work throughout the East and West Midlands acting as their retained retail agent and also for Loans 2 Go.
Leisure
The team has a strong knowledge of the current leisure market and has an extensive network of leisure operators and agents throughout the UK. Currently, the finest example of Robertson Brown’s exposure in the leisure market is Birmingham’s prestigious Broad Street leisure development Regency Wharf, home to JD Wetherspoons, Lloyds No. 1 Bar, Jimmy Spices and La Tasca. Other examples include; Bennetts Hill, Birmingham, Chicago Rock Cafe, Stafford, Bull Yard Leisure Complex, Coventry, Halford Street, Leicester, and The Former Maxims Casino, Coventry.
Out of Town
The team has secured the sole retail agency work at The Waterside Centre on Birmingham Business Park, with the exclusive remit of introducing and maintaining a new retail and leisure offering to enhance the Business Park’s amenities offer. Recent deals totalling over 5,000 sq ft have successfully completed to WH Smith and The New Waterside, a contemporary bar/restaurant operator. Other examples of instructions within this sector include; Trident Retail Park, Birmingham, Black Country House, Oldbury, Tameside Park, Perry Barr and TriGate, Hagley Road West, Birmingham.
