NEW LETTING TO EGGLESS CAKES IN BEARWOOD

On behalf of Fieldday Developments, Robertson Brown have recently let 578 Bearwood Road to Eggless Cakes. Eggless Cakes are rapidly expanding their business throughout the Midlands region and have agreed to take the subject premises on a new 5 year lease at an agreed rent of £12,500 per annum.
