Robertson Brown agrees a new letting to BETFRED

Robertson Brown alongside joint agent, Smith Price has recently agreed a new letting to Betfred.

Acting on behalf of Oxlo properties, Robertson Brown and Smith Price have let the former Sports Direct unit located on 27a Bridge Place, Worksop to BetFred.

Bet Fred have agreed to taking a new 15 year lease at a rent of £32,500 per annum.
