Robertson Brown agree hat trick of deals in High street, Erdington

Robertson Brown have completed a hat trick of deals in the space of less than 12 months in Erdington, following on from the recent letting of 109 High street, Erdington to an upcoming polish coffee operator. Together with this there is also a letting with NatWest who have installed an ATM which will hopefully increase footfall in that particular location in the High street. Dominic Brown says “This is not our only achievement, in the last 12 months we have now let 114-118 to Store 21, the former Dorothy Perkins to Greggs and now this.

This proves that despite a number of voids recently in Erdington that deals can be done.
