ANOTHER ACQUISITION ON BEHALF OF WINGTRAPP

Robertson Brown have secured their third acquisition on behalf of Wingtrapp.

Wingtrapp have agreed to take 4 Cross Cheaping, Coventry which is positioned within an established Food and Beverage pitch within the city centre with operators such as KFC and GDK close by.

Wingtrapp agreed to take 4 Cross Cheaping, Coventry on a new 10 year lease at an agreed rent of £30,000 per annum. Scott Robertson of Creative Retail, acted on behalf of the landlord.
