ROBERTSON BROWN SECURE SECOND STORE FOR WINGTRAPP

On behalf of Wingtrapp, Robertson Brown have identified and secured a second store for their client.

Wingtrapp the fast food specialist that offers several flavours of chicken wings have agreed to take 3B Midland Way, Nottingham.

Dominic Brown of Robertson Brown says “This is the second acquisition on behalf of Wingtrapp, our client has exciting growth plans for the business and we hope to announce further news shortly.”

Wingtrapp agreed to take 3B Midland Way, Nottingham on a new 10 year lease at an agreed rent of £32,500 per annum with a rent free period of 6 months. Fisher Hargreaves Proctor acted on behalf of the landlord.
