ROBERTSON BROWN COMPLETE HIGH PROFILE CITY CENTRE PREMISES FOR WINGTRAPP

Following successful negotiations, Robertson Brown are pleased to announce they have acquired the former Subway premises on 64 Newhall Street on behalf of Wingtrapp.

The prominent premises positioned on Newhall Street and facing Great Charles Street, is located on one of the busiest routes into Birmingham City Centre. Wingtrapp specialise in offering chicken wings with over 15 different  flavours and offer a takeaway and delivery service.

Wingtrapp have agreed to take the subject premises on a new 10 year lease at an agreed rent of £42,500 per annum.
