NEW LETTING AGREED AT ERDINGTON

On behalf of a private landlord, Robertson Brown have let 109 High Street, Erdington to Farrells Caribbean and Grocery Store.

Farrells specialise in selling food and produce from the Caribbean and are looking to open a number of stores throughout the West Midlands region. Farrells have agreed to take the premises on a new 5 year lease at an agreed rent of £15,000 per annum.
