New Letting Agreed to Turkish Golden Scissors

Robertson Brown acting on behalf the landlord have agreed to let 327 Chester Road, Castle Bromwich to Turkish Golden Scissors.

The popular men’s grooming chain have agreed to take on the premises on a new 10 year lease at an agreed rent of £16,000 per annum.

Dominic Brown, Director of Robertson Brown says “This popular unit in the busy Castle Bromwich suburb, was of interest to a number of other retailers, however we made the final decision to agree to let the premises to Turkish Golden Scissors which was completed within a short period of time”.
