New letting on behalf of LCP

On behalf of LCP, Robertson Brown  have let 18 Bridge Street, Nuneaton to Natural Nails. Natural Nails who are securing a number of outlets in the West Midlands region have agreed a new 10 year lease at a rent of £11,500 per annum. Dominic Brown says ‘I am delighted  to have acted on behalf of LCP and have secured this niche retailer’.
