TWO DEALS COMPLETED ON BEHALF OF CAPREON

On behalf of Capreon, Robertson Brown have secured two new tenants.

Firstly, Robertson Brown let 132 High Street, Brierley Hill within 7 days of the unit being put on the market. The subject property has been let to Natural Nails who have taken a new 10 year lease at £8,000 per annum.

Secondly, Robertson Brown have let 2234 Coventry Road, Sheldon to an independent ladies fashion retailer. The letting was based on a new 5 year lease at an agreed rent of £11,500 per annum.
