New letting in Kings Heath

Robertson Brown acting on behalf of Capreon, have secured a new tenant for 61 The Parade, Kings Heath.

Xover Nutrition who specialise in vitamins, minerals, supplements and organic foods, have agreed to take the premises on a new 5 year lease at an agreed rent of £14,500 per annum.
