Robertson Brown alongside joint agent Cushman & Wakefield completed a hat trick of deals in Bearwood Road, Smethwick.

602, 606 & 624 have all completed within a week, an incredible achievement especially after the two completing the previous week.

Firstly 602 has been let to Colbalt Solicitors for a term of 10 years rent of £14,000 per annum.

Secondly 606 has been let to an independent fast food outlet based a new 10 year lease at a rent of £14,000 per annum.

Lastly, 624 has been let to a private individual who will be opening a new florist within the area. Robertson Brown says, this is a fantastic achievement for all concerned and is a testament to everyone’s hardwork !
