Two lettings concluded on Bearwood Road, Smethwick
Robertson Brown alongside joint agent Cushman & Wakefield have recently completed two transactions at Bearwood Road, Smethwick.
Firstly 576, Bearwood Road has recently been let to a local independent retailer who will be trading as a Turkish Barber Shop. The letting was agreed on a new 5 year lease at a rent of £11,000 per annum.
Secondly, 594 was let to a local coffee operator by the name of Why Not Café who have agreed to take a new 5 year lease at a rent of £9,000 per annum.
