Another letting on Coventry Road, Sheldon !!

On behalf of a private client, Robertson Brown have recently let 2230 Coventry Road, Sheldon to a local retailer trading as the Turkish Barbers.

The letting was agreed at £11,000 per annum based on a new 5 year lease.

Dominic Brown says, “Despite a number of empty units along the Coventry Road, we have successfully been able to let this unit which I am sure will do very well.”
